Terms of use

Quiz FitGrid coordinates and Somni fit scores are estimates based on the available answers, scoring method and product evidence. They are not a medical diagnosis, a measured pressure map unless identified as measured, an independently validated satisfaction probability, or a promise of pain relief, sleep quality or a successful purchase. Cooling and construction descriptions have the evidence limits shown with them. Test appropriate options in person where possible.

AI can misunderstand speech or give incorrect suggestions. Review and correct your answers and the resulting shortlist. Somni is not a healthcare provider or emergency service; ask a qualified professional about health concerns. We do not promise that an account, verified email, imported listing or product score establishes retailer endorsement.

Prices, promotions, delivery coverage, product specifications, showroom displays and availability can change. The retailer’s current offer and confirmation govern the sale. Somni is not the seller of record unless a specific transaction expressly says otherwise. Purchases, financing, delivery, warranties, returns and exchanges are agreements with the retailer. A saved Somni result does not reserve stock or override a retailer’s policies. Any sponsored or affiliate arrangement is disclosed near shopping links and does not change the fit calculation or product recommendation ordering. Accessories have separate prices, sizing, care and return requirements. Unverified prices are excluded from the mattress/base estimate. Manufacturer product descriptions do not establish Somni testing, clinical suitability, image rights or an active partnership.

Use accurate information and review the results. Personalized saved, voice and sharing features are intended for adults 18 or older. Only submit another sleeper’s information or act through an AI assistant with that person’s authorization. Do not upload medical records, identity documents, payment credentials or other information a feature does not request.

Protect your account and private links. An authenticated private-profile share uses its displayed access expiry and revocation controls. A portable store-plan QR, download or email is a separate copy: anyone holding it can read it, and it has no remote expiry or revocation. Deleting the original record cannot recall copies already shared. Do not share it publicly. Do not attempt to access another person’s or retailer’s records, bypass access or usage limits, inject instructions to change permissions, interfere with service security, spam contacts, or use the service unlawfully. Public educational material can be read by search tools and authorized customer assistants; access to public pages never authorizes private operations.

Commission, sponsorship, affiliate status and retailer fees cannot change product fit scores or recommendation ordering. Our catalog is curated and coverage is limited; a listing is not a whole-market comparison. A source-reviewed physical-store retailer is required for mattress and adjustable-base shopping routes, but a specific local display or delivery still needs confirmation. Accessories may use direct-to-consumer merchants. See our public promise.

Submitting a review is a separate choice to publish the text and context you approve under our review rules. You retain ownership and grant only a nonexclusive permission to store, moderate and display it for that feature. You may edit, withdraw or appeal. We do not penalize honest criticism, require positive sentiment, claim ownership of your reviews, or limit your right to review elsewhere. Favorable and unfavorable submissions use the same neutral policy criteria. No purchase-verification badge is awarded without actual verification.

Business-email verification or a business review may unlock a limited guided demonstration. It is not retailer approval, a grant of store membership, a claim to a brand’s catalog, a paid subscription or acceptance of a live retailer contract. Commercial terms, billing, data-processing responsibilities, permitted customer uses and any service commitments must be agreed separately before live activation.

Retailers must be authorized to provide their catalog, imagery, store information and customer assessments; keep that information accurate; obtain the necessary guest permissions; respect access assignments; and honor applicable privacy, sales and messaging requirements. Retailers may not use a shared profile for a new marketing or health-data purpose without the necessary separate authorization. Missing product evidence must remain identified as pending. A construction assessment alone does not authorize public numerical advertising claims. Those claims require a separate current, exact-product review of their documented basis; retailer uploads cannot grant that release. Retailers cannot buy ranking, alter Somni assessments through payments, suppress honest negative reviews, or make unsubstantiated performance or health claims. Relevant physical-store evidence must be reviewed before mattress/base shopping publication. Separate live agreements must allocate controller/processor roles, retention, rights handling, security and incident duties; these website terms are not a substitute for that agreement.

You keep rights in the information and materials you provide. You authorize only the processing and display needed for the feature you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and your specific choices. This is not permission to sell your personal information, publish your sleep profile, or use private health disclosures to train a model.

Somni’s branding, software and original content belong to Omniguild LLC or their licensors. Product names, trademarks, images and specifications belong to their respective owners; a listing does not imply endorsement. Do not republish protected content without permission. To report a rights concern, contact support@somni.fit with the affected Somni URL, the work you own and the basis of your request; do not include sensitive customer information. We review credible reports and restrict disputed assets while assessing them. This contact process does not claim registered DMCA-agent status or a legal determination of ownership. We may update or pause features, correct evidence and restrict abusive access. Where required, we provide notice and preserve applicable access, export, deletion and other legal rights.

We aim to provide accurate, available and secure service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI, a particular product outcome or perfect security. To the extent permitted by law, the free discovery service is provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces a separate signed commercial agreement.

These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply where you live continue to apply. We update the effective date when these terms change and give additional notice or obtain agreement when required. Material new data uses require the applicable separate notice and consent; continuing to browse is not a substitute.
